Description (partial)
Symptom: Serial and Multilink interfaces counters on channelized OC12 and OC48 SPAs are not updated with the expected frequency. In the failed state, the interface counters are updated once every 248 seconds. In the working case interface statistics are are updated every 30 seconds. The frequency of the SNMP IFMIB updates are also affected with the IFMIB statistics only being updated once every 248 seconds. Conditions: This issue affects interfaces hosted on the channelized SPAs (SPA-1XCHOC12/DS0, SPA-2XCHOC12/DS0 and SPA-1XCHOC48/DS3) on the XR12K and ASR 9000. The trigger for the issue is not known.
