Symptom: Summary: CUCM credential error is not consistent with VM after change password, see attached PRT and screenshot for detail Found in: 220.127.116.11226 Step to reproduce: 1. Sign in webex user with phone and VM services credential associated in homewifi+Edge. 2. Change CUCM/VM password Issue 1: 1) Homewifi+Edge,Sign out and sign in. Expect Result: CUCM/VM credential error is "Your account information is expired or invalid" Actual Result: CUCM/VM show the error: Cannot connect to Phone Service server. Check your network settings. Reconnect When change the network to corpwifi, the error is correct:"Your account information is expired or invalid" Issue2: When reconnect network in corpwifi, the CUCM error is wrong"Cannot connect to Phone Service server", but VM error is correct "Your account information is expired or invalid" Conditions: Homewifi+edge Change CUCM password CUCM and VM has the same password.
