Symptom: ECS Alarms: Ping failure alarms parameters not shown properly in Alarms and events UI Conditions: Steps: 1. Register EC with ECS and enable PCG Feature in EC. 2. Add a PCG entry in PCG UI. Simulate PCG Ping failure 3. Observe nbiAgent log file and snmpTrapHandler UI 4. Observe ECS Alarms & Event UI. Actual: The fields 'Name' and 'Failure Source' are shown with the value "Headend=Sachin" Expected: These fields should be filled with PCG = PCG Name or PCG IP as like filled for other devices like QAM, necrypt etc.
