Symptom:
IPMA does not work properly : The banner is not visible on all IPMA Managers.
The banner of IPMA Assistants work ok.

Conditions:
proxy mode
Using HTTPS
IPMA managers are affected ,no matter which phone they use
Bug details contain sensitive information and therefore require a Cisco.com account to be viewed.
