Description (partial)

Symptom:
In Finesse 10.0(1), Supervisor clicking Force Logout button causes operation timeout error when Agent is in "Reserved" or "Reserved (Outbound)" or "Talking", though the force logout request seems to go through successfully.

Conditions:
The problem would happen if Supervisor force logout on an agent in "Reserved" or "Reserved (Outbound)" or "Talking" state.
