Symptom:
In a L2VPN Psuedo Wire redundancy topology with Sonet APS present on the Edge facing links, Traffic loss of 50 seconds is observed when APS working router is reloaded using "reload location all" in Admin mode while APS group remains Enabled on Protect Router.

Conditions:
This symptom is observed only when the working router is reloaded using "reload location all" in Admin mode while APS group remains Enabled on Protect Router. If working router gets switched off due to a power outage, we will not run in to this traffic outage.
