Description (partial)

Symptom:
LLDP frames are sent tagged on native vlan 

When LLDP frame is received tagged, Cisco and most of the third-party phones are able to process the packet and learn voice vlan information. However, Polycom phones drop these frames, hence do not learn voice vlan at all.

Conditions:
Tagged only when voice vlan or trunk configuration is added to the interface. Frames are NOT tagged with interface is pure access port.
