Symptom: 10G copper ports flap when applying/removing/changing the global output queuing policy. Conditions: All of the following conditions need to be met: 1. 10G BaseT copper port configured as L3/routed port. 2. Running NX-OS 6.1. 3. Apply/remove/change the global output queuing policy, e.g.: ---snip--- system qos service-policy type queuing output NEW_POLICY ---snip---
