Symptom:
Barge/cBarge buttons get disabled on SIP TNP phones

Conditions:
All the phones involved have 2 shared lines apart from their primary lines. 
Shared line1: 1311, Shared line2: 2311

Here, Phone1 -> SCCP, Phone2 -> SIP, Phone3 -> SIP, Phone4 -> SIP

◾Phone1 Line2 (1311) dials Phone2 Line3 (2311)
◾After the above call is established, Phone1 Line2 (1311) ad-hoc conferences Phone3 Line1 (3000). Conference is established.
◾Now, on trying to do a cBarge from a Phone4 (SIP Phone) on Line2 (1311), both Barge and cBarge buttons are disabled. But these buttons are enabled on trying to do it from Line3 (2311) instead of Line2.
