Description (partial) 

Symptom:
The level-6 VPC log message is generated when either an SVI interface is enabled or disabled:
%VPC-6-LOG_LIBSVI_SVI_MCEC_TYPE2_FAILED: interface-Vlan Type 2 configuration for VPC is not compatible

Conditions:
Nexus 5000 running VPC and having SVI vlan interfaces for VPC VLANs and having VPC logging level >= 6
