Conditions:
Condition:
1)Login to CCM Admin.
2)Access the path Media Resources->Video On Hold Server->Find and List Video On Hold Server. Click on Add New button.
3)In Video On Hold Server page..when viewed from IE browser.. Reset SIP Trunk button is available/visible even before VoH is added.
However when viewed from Firefox and Chrome Reset SIP Trunk .. Reset SIP Trunk button is not seen and will appear after trunk is added using SIP Trunk Drop Down box using Add New option.

Inconsistent behavior seen across browsers as far as presence of Reset SIP Trunk in IE and missing when viewed from Firefox and Chrome are concerned.

4)Create a SIP Trunk using Add New option from SIP Trunk drop down box and click on OK button after providing mandatory data. Make sure Save is successful message is displayed.
Click on Yes button when the below mentioned popup appears
"The SIP Trunk Configuration changes will not take effect until the SIP Trunk has been reset. Would you like to reset now"
as soon as Yes operation is done.. a popup to perform Device Restart is displayed for a wink of an eye ..and does not stay up for some action to be done..stays in minimized state..The Device Restart Popup should stay up to perform the desired operation..

The step 4 issue is seen only with IE browser and is not seen in Firefox and Chrome
