Description (partial)

Symptom:
On an ASR 9000 ethernet line cards, subinterface statistics count packets dropped by queuing as output packets.

Conditions:
Output drops may occur due to port oversubscription or MQC shaper applied to the subinterface or port. The count is correctly reflected on the main interface but not the subinterface.
