Description (partial)

Symptom:
Unable to add phone book source to phone book. After connecting the phone book to the source, no error is shown in the TMS Portal. The phone book source does not stay listed for the phone book.
The log-schedulerservice.txt log would show an error starting with:

10:55:09,263 [Event1099] WARN  Tandberg.TMS.Framework.Db.DbHelper - procedure failed: NET_PhoneBook_AddContactChange, underlying error: Arithmetic overflow error converting IDENTITY to data type int.
Arithmetic overflow occurred.

Conditions:
There have been many changes to phone book data that resulted in enough adds and deletes to max out the identity column of the tmsng tables.

This is quite rare, as the max value of the int datatype is 2,147,483,647.
