Description (partial)

1. On incoming call toast and in Call Window:
    - Caller ID does not change from phone number to Display name
    - No photo is shown for contact
2. Phone Label resolves correctly on toast and in call window

Receive a call from an AD contact that is not in Jabber's local directory cache
