Symptom: We have multiple scenarios, where a call times out at the ICM level and CVP is never able to clear it up properly. CVP is not able to properly clear canceled calls from a PG request at and eventually end up with ghost calls for the IVR leg on the GW.. Conditions: This is happening anytime a call is Timing out on ICM from CVP. doesnt seem to matter why.,.
