Symptom: Call status is not updated properly as viewed on the CTIOS desktop. Conditions: 1. Make call from agent1 to Non-ACD line (line 1) and answer the call. 2. From the dynamic device, make call to another line (line 2) and answer the call. 3. Login line 2 as ACD line (where line 1 is on hold and line 2 is in Talking state). 4. Attempt hold / Retrieve the call. Status is not updated properly.
