Cisco Bug: CSCun70949 - t_Peripheral_Real_Time table is not updating CallsOfferedHalf

Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Calls are routing correctly to the agent, however t_Peripheral_Real_Time never gets updated for CallsOfferedHalf and CallsOfferedToday. Calltype report shows the call. CallsOffered is always zero in the Peripheral_Interval table also Conditions: ICM 9.0.4 using either Precision Routing or Skillgroup routing.
