Description (partial)

Traffic is dropped by upstream ISP if the router connects to ISP via PPTP or L2TP (configuration with VPDN "request-dialin" and dialer interface). This happens due to invalid packet encapsulation in CEF switching mode. Process-switching mode (e.g. traffic originated by the router) is not affected.

This issue exists in all new IOS versions, at least in 15.1M and above.
