Symptom: We are seeing an issue when we try to insert "Mobile Voice Access" object using Modena method. The issue is being seen after running Backrest tool. Below are the steps to reproduce the issue. 1. Insert Mobile Voice Access object using ConDB method. Verify the same on CUCM. 2. Run the backrest tool. Now we see the configured number of MVA is erased but the "Selected Locales" field is still shows the default option selected(English United States). By default this field should be empty and the option should be moved to "Available Locales". 3. Now when we run the script to insert Mobile Voice Access we get below error. The backrest tool is not cleaning up the object correctly hence the next insert is failing.
