Description (partial)

Symptom:
MPLS Tunnel takes too long to go down. Here is the setup.

N7k1-PE --e1/21--------e1/21--n7k2-p1---e1/25-------------e1/25--n7k1-pe2

Customer is using LSP verbatim and he has a tunnel from pe to pe2, when he shutdown the link e1/25 on n7k2-p1 switch the tunnel remains up for more than 30 secs. Customer wants conversion to be less than 3 secs. This is just with one tunnel.

Tunnel remains up
