Symptom:
Telepresence Server detects duplicate digits in IVR when only one digit has been sent.

Conditions:
When calling TS via equipment that does not properly comply to RFC2833 and sends incorrect event duration timings.

DTMF issues with Conductor and CUCM integraton
Hello we have the following setup   PRI ------ 2911 Voice GW -----------H323 to CUCM 10.5.2 ------------SIP Trunk to Conductor   When making calls into a Meeting room hosted on Cisco Telepresence  Server, audio participants are unable to enter DTMF tones. These audio users need to be able to pass DTMF in order to enter the meeting password.    The only way I can make this work is if I put a check in the box "MEDIA TERMINATION POINT REQUIRED" on the SIP Trunk going to Conductor.   My voice gateway ...
