Description (partial)

Symptom:
Volume icon remains unchanged even after unplugging headsets during call

Conditions:
1. Register endpoint to cm.
2. Make a cal from another endpoint.
3. Change the volume of speaker to certain level.
4. Now connect USB/BT headset during call, and change the volume level and observe the volume icon. Here volume icon is changed to headset symbol.
5. Unplug USB/BT headset and change the volume level to check the volume icon.

Observation: Even after unplugging USB/BT headset during call volume icon remains unchanged and the same headset symbol is displayed. Screen shot attached for the same.

Note: Same behavior is observed with BT headset as well.
