Symptom: After you save the alarm node with Email-General and then open the alarm node again, the activity subtype is showing 'Call Track-General'. Conditions: Select Email-General as the Value for the activity subtype, click OK, then click on Validate button and finally click the Save button. Open the Alarm Rule Configuration page and it is set to Call Track-General.
