Description (partial)

Symptom:
Problem Description :
After the Phone has downloaded the Configuration file being in the Corporate Network, the Phone is taken over to Home location and connected by VPN to Office Network. Now in order to change the phone to a different Cluster. 
1. Disconnect the VPN.
2.Disable the DHCP and enter the Ip address manually.
3.Keep the Alternate TFTP to NO
4.Change the IP address of the TFTP to secondary cluster and save the config.
5. Enable the VPN.
6. Phone Register over to the Secondary cluster.

- To change the Phone again to Primary cluster follow the above steps till Step 4 and now  in here when you try to save the TFTP server address back to Primary Cluster, Phone would not be able to save the information.

The only solution is to reboot the phone in order to clear the issue

Conditions:
Can't save the TFTP server address on the Phone,
