Symptom: Self Provisioning IVR shows Active instead of Inactive Conditions: In subscriber node, Self provisioning IVR service is not available. It is available only in Publisher node. Go to CM admin- system- service parameter- select subscriber- Self Provisioning IVR service There Self Provisioning IVR shows active. It must be Inactive.
