Description (partial)

Symptom:
For both CCE and CCX Finesse: When you do a PUT to do state change to NotReady with ReasonCode, if the reasonCodeId field is not a valid integer (i.e. including any letter, any special char, -2147483649 or lower, 2147483648 or higher), then the PUT will return 400 bad request with exception stack trace in response.

Conditions:
The problem would happen when you do a PUT to do state change to NotReady with ReasonCode, and if the reasonCodeId field is not a valid integer.
