Description (partial)

Symptom:
When installing TMS on a Windows server that did not have TMS previously, if you select the option to manually enter the SQL server information, and the SQL instance is a named instance, the installer will throw an error or:

Could not connect to SQL Server: [DBNETLIB][ConnectionOpen (Connect()).]SQL Server does not exist or access denied.

If selecting the SQL server instance from the dropdown list, the connection will be successful.

Conditions:
When installing TMS on a Windows server that did not have TMS previously, if you select the option to manually enter the SQL server information, and the SQL instance is a named instance
