Description (partial)

Investigation is under progress.

Symptom:
NX-OS VDC's are being managed with different IP's from the main chassis. In the transport file these VDC's reflect the parent chassis serial number with the VDC Ip's . PhysicalElement.download contains the same SNMP Object ID of the parent chassis. Due to this IR portal rejects them as duplicate devices since the Parent Chassis and the VDC's will have same serial and classified as chassis with same snmp ObjectID. PhysicalElement.downlaod should classify the VDC IP's as virtual IP's.
