Description (partial)

MCU 8510 cluster backplane lockup causing DSP crash with os_exit htod retransmission timeout

A combination of the following factors may increase the probability of a backplane lockup:
1. Endpoint(s) sending corrupted media
2. Being connected into a network that multicast udp traffic
3. Cluster size. I.e. 3-blade clusters are more prone to failure than 2-blade.
4. System call load (high utilisation is likely to increase the probability of coming across this)
5. Marginal hardware (some media blades may be prone to come across this compared to others)
6. Operational environment (failures are more likely when operated at a high temperature)
