Description (partial)

Symptom:
- Pressing the Transfer key does not initiate a transfer
- Pressing the Hold key does not place the call on hold
- Pressing the Conference key does not initiate a conference

Conditions:
Using 7800 series phone

Logs may show no subsequent processing when a keypad button is pressed:

2014年4月23日(初版) TAC SR Collection 主な問題 Cisco Unified IP Phones 7800 Series(CP-78xx) | にて転送キーを連打すると、転送操作完了後にon-hookしても画面が遷移せずSoftkey (転送キー、会議キー、保留キー)が効かなくなります。 原因 不具合: <key>CSCun65437</key>に該当します。 解決策 復旧方法 - IP Phoneを再起動してください。   恒久対策 - <key>CSCun65437</key>が修正されたファームウェアにアップグレードしてください。
