Symptom:
show chat button in voicemail details received from self

Conditions:
steps to reproduce:
 1. sign in webex account with wifi
 2. make a call to self  and leave a Voice mail
 3. go to voicemail and view the voicemail details

actual result: 
show chat button in voicemail details

expected result:
not show chat button
