Description (partial)

Symptom:
After the primary CallManager service has been off for an extended period of time, 60+ hours, 78xx devices will fail to register back to CallManager

Conditions:
CallManager Service on Primary in CM Group inaccessible for a prolonged period of time, 60+ hours
