Description (partial)

Symptom:
Rx (no media) flickering on all channels under VTG at either sending or receiving side without PTT those channels under VTG.

Conditions:
If customer has VTG with few channels in standalone UMS or RMS and few channels in UMS HA after reboot active UMS in UMS HA and activate VTG one or few times.
