Description (partial)

Filtering based on Timestamp doesnt work under Collection Logs.

- Go to Collection->Schedule and start collection.

- Go to Logs.

- Go to the bottom and enable filter.

- Set Timestamp->Greater than-> and notice that all the logs are shown instead of just the ones that are generated after what's specified in the form.
