Symptom: Press video mute button on Jabber Guest client. Observe remote endpoint has a frozen image on the screen. Conditions: This problem may occur in Jabber Guest 10.0(2) and later. The problem is caused by a glare condition, where both UAs attempt to send an INVITE at the same time.
