Symptom: Need changes in Fall back sample file Conditions: Go to -BAT- Inter company media services- fall back profile-insert fall back profile Insert file as like sample file format. Give job run. It throws an error" profile1(file name) A character to numeric conversion process failed" In sample file, FallBack Qos Sensitivity Level is mentioned in the numeric format. When i am inserting Qos Sensitivity Level in numeric range ,it throws error. Instead of numeric , have to mention in sample file in following format or as per Admin fall back profile configuration page. "Nominal (Default sensitivity, almost all enterprise deployments qualify)" "Utility (Lowest tolerable quality, not for extended duration calls)" ........................... Then it will work fine.
