Description (partial)
Jabber should be able to adjust to the available bw sending HD (good) quality video. Symptom: After a long call between 2 Edge endpoints (p2p 30 minutes) on jabber. The bandwidth keeps adjusts to a low level not sending HD video ultimately. On a second call to the same server the bandwidth does not adjust up. On call to another user on prem the bandwidth correctly adjusts up sending HD video. Conditions: 1. chogorma(edge) makes a video call to sshrihar(edge) 2. The call is HD quality and stays up for >30 minutes with camera pointed to a running TV. 3. Bandwidth on the call keeps dropping from 1.5Mbps up/down to 350 Kbps up/down. 4. Bandwidth does not adjust up even on a second call to the same user. 5. On a call to a different user jabber does use the available bw correctly and gets to 1.5Mbps up/down.
