Description (partial)

Symptom:
Visual indicator not availaible & keyboard shortcuts not working.

Conditions:
1)  Visual indicators which help to navigate to required menus are not present under Tools menu in Cisco Unified Serviceability page. PFA pic with fields under Tools menu that do not contain underlined letters to navigate to the required field.

2) The shortcuts Alt+A, Alt+H, Alt+T etc for navigating to the various menus are not working hence  Jaws tool isn't able to read out these menus in Firefox 27.

3) In IE9 Soon after a log in if we use the Shortcut for navigating to Help menu (Alt+H) it does not go to the Help menu instead JAWS reads out Call Home Configuration under Call home Menu.
