Description (partial)

Symptom:
1) Serviceability Help page's Back,Forward,Print & Help index link images read twice on JAWS too.

2)Jaws not reading Text "Search" on the top right corner.

3)On IE9 browser the right hand side bullets on the help page are not read PFA Image indicating the fields that are not read out using Jaws.

Conditions:
Goto  Serviceability Help page (https://cucmip/ccmservice -> Help -> content) and
Run the JAWS tool on firefox 27and IE 9 browser
