Description (partial)
Symptom: Aclqos crashes and Linecard goes to failure state. Conditions: The problem happens in following scenario, 1. A multi-instance card, like F2/F3 where any redirection feature is configured on multiple instances. 2. There is not enough space in the tcam on one of the instances where the policy will get programmed as well. 3. Atomic update goes through on one of the instance, but fails on next. 4. Non-atomic update is turned on, that also fails on the next instance. 5. During recovery path, aclqos will crash.
