Description (partial)

Symptom:
When SSH fails, SSH setting appears to be saved but it is not actually saved.

Conditions:
- IGP Database->Telnet->TEST->APPLY and make sure your IGP Database is properly discovered and that your nodes are populated.

- IGP Database->SSH (make sure you've disabled SSH on your router so it fails)->TEST

- Go to Collection->Schedule->RUN ONCE

- You will see that collection passes even though SSH is disabled on the routers.

- Coming back to IGP Databsed  tab from Collection tab, notice that even though IGP discovery using SSH failed to start with and APPLY was not clicked after that failure, SSH setting got saved here in the UI. So, the user thinks that he SSH got saved looking at the UI. But actually telnet is used:
