Description (partial)

ad hoc cumulative capacity numbers are wrong

In 5.6, summing a series of capacity numbers produces something obviously different than the raw data. The raw data produced in the reports seems correct - it's just the sums which are somewhat random. See screenshots. In the example report, the Max value jumps around, although capacity is only being added during the year for the chosen objects. In fact, the capacity jumps downwards, which shouldn't be possible given that the change count for capacity is zero and no capacity decreases. Also, in a different issue, what should the average value contain? Should it be the average of capacities for the given group? That's what 5.4 does. In 5.6, it seems to be equal to the average of the sum - which will always be equal to all other aggregate functions: min/max/p95, if there is no fluctuation. And - a third bug in the report: the change count is null. Shouldn't that be zero? 5.4 reports it as zero.
