Symptom: Video freezes up even End key is pressed - Ethernet. Conditions: Steps to reproduce: 1. Establish video call between two endpoints A and B. 2. While call in progress, stop UCM service. 3. Wait a while then end the call in Endpoint A. 4. Observe the behavior in Endpoint B.
