Description (partial)
Symptom:Two Languages were reported so far: 1. Russian 2. Swedish Translation Issues in Russian Locale: 1. Some web pages show "?" signs in the title. Examples: - Creating new article in Knowledge Base (see new_article_proper.png). - Adding notes for an activity (Notes.png). 2. Translation of word 'article'. One letter is absent. It should be 'статьи' not 'стати'. (see Translation_error.png). 3. Translation of the "Time Waiting for Reply" on a panel for active chat. (see screenshot Pannel_Time_waiting.jpg) 4. When agent try to transfer chat activity to another agent, the agent gets strange symbols on upright corner. (see transfer_action.jpg). 5. When agent finish a chat activity, the client see BYE Message in English instead. 6. Choosing locale with one language, client see fixed theme with another language. (see Diff_lang.jpg). Translation Issues with Swedish Locale: 1. The Header text of Chat inbox column "Time waiting for reply" is in English. (chat_title.png). 2. Help texts in some of the buttons (Smiley, Text Color etc.) in chat editor are also in English. (chat_editor_help_text.png) Conditions: CIM EIM/WIM 9.0
