Description (partial)

Symptom:
RDP is not shown in PCP customer record

Conditions:
1.For subscriber1,Ordered Phone+SNR service
For subscriber2,.Ordered Phone alone
2.For subscriber1,in CUCM,changed the userID of RDP profile and RDPline-end user association to subscriber2
3.Now did a individual subscriber sync on subscriber1
-RDP,RDP line gets removed from customer record
4.Did entire subscriber sync
  -For the subscriber2,RDP doesn't show up in customer record
Tried even after domain sync,still RDP is not showing up in customer record
