Description (partial)

Symptom:
Memory held by 'adjmgr' may increase over time and eventually be exhausted within the process. Alternatively, the following errors may be seen even though memory looks stable in the process -

%ADJMGR-3-ATIMERS_ERROR: malloc failed in heap_create

Conditions:
No specific conditions or triggers are known at this time. This appears to occur during normal NX-OS operation.
