Description (partial)

Symptom:
In the Jabber preferences (meetings tab), the username and password fields are not visible for admin provisioned meetings sites. 

This causes a problem if the user has a separate set of credentials for meetings. To get the username and password fields to appear, they must first click the 'Apply' button, which is not obvious to the user.
