Description (partial)

Symptom:
If a userA selects to start a conference call with two other users, when userA calls the first user(userB) and doesn't add him into the conference.
If userA has another tab open in the conference window, UserA is allow to close the conference window without adding userB into the conference, and without ending that call.

Where the user should get the message 'you can't end the call. You must add all participants into the conference'. Because this doesn't happen the conference window is closed and the call stays up.
UserA a can't end the call from hub because userB is not added into the conference.

UserB has to end the call from there side, to end the call.
If userA calls another user and while on the active call closes the call window, the call is not ended, 
while the other user has audio and video, userA unless the look at the hub window does not know the call is still active.

Conditions:
UserA selects to create a conference call with two other users.
UserA calls the first user(UserB), userB answers the call.
UserA has another tab open in the conference window,(chat window).
UserA selects to close the conference call window.
The conference window is closed for user a, while the call stays up between userA and UserB.
