Description (partial)

Symptom:
Enable accessibility icons in "Settings" -> "Display". There are no such accessibility icons showed on the corresponding locations.

Conditions:
Step to Reproduce:
1. Go to Settings -> Display.
2. Enable the accessibility icons. 
3. Check whether these icons showed on the proper locations
