Description (partial)

Symptom:
UCCX Engine is SHUTDOWN and unable to start.

The MIVR logs show the following error: 

 %MIVR-CFG_MGR-7-EXCEPTION:Cannot resolve reference to bean 'atomikosUserTransactionManager' while setting bean property 'transactionManager'; nested exception is org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException: Error creating bean with name 'atomikosUserTransactionManager' defined in class path resource [ccxApplicationContext.xml]: Invocation of init method failed; nested exception is com.atomikos.icatch.SysException: Error in init(): null 

OR even sometimes

Error creating bean with name 'atomikosUserTransactionManager' defined in class path resource [ccxApplicationContext.xml]: Invocation of init method failed; nested exception is com.atomikos.icatch.SysException: Error in init(): Couldn't get lock for /var/log/active/uccx/log/MIVR/tm.out

Conditions:
UCCX 9.0.2
issue also seen in CCX 10 and 11
Recently, the disk/logging usage on the server went to full capacity.
This can be viewed using CLI : show status
